You are right Leigh, it really depends on the area the search is being done. I have had prospective clients call, request much lower rated, let them know what is more likely in this area and then have then circle back around after checking into it. That happens with national companies that haven't dealt in our area as much.

Don't worry about being insulted too much Saundra, if they don't know the range for your area they will need to figure it out or they are just hacks. Either way.
