For some scum like this the best policy might be:  "Send me a certified check overnight,

and I'll have your rush order back to you by 5 pm the day I get that check".  Otherwise

get someone eles to *iss your *ss.   If they truly need the job done, you;ll get the

check, and not have to put up with any "auto pay crap".  To me in many cases,

auto pay means "we ought to pay you, but too..... bad we're not."

p.s.  a rush order should have a 20 percent higher rate.
