Good for you to try to do this, but... I did the same thing about 20 yrs ago and found that there are so many variables that it is impossible to have a form to fit all the different states. It is much better to create a front sheet that covers most of the answers to a what would be required for a schedule "B" on the title policy and your regular front sheet infornation . Have your client adjust to "your" generic front sheet and if they need to make additions or adjustments, they can do so on the one you provide. I went through a number of different data bases before I settled on one that worked for me, and has for the last 20 years actually- I now have a data base of over 10,100 subdivisions and or acreage cases I have performed since then.
