Good for you!! I agree fully that this is a fantastic forum for members of the title community. In the short time that I have been active with SOT I have learned so many things.  I have never been treated disrespectfully, and I like to think that this is because I try to be respectful of others.  Even when we disagree we can do so in a professional manner. I have been provided with many many resources here in this forum and some times the disagreements have actually made me change my way of thinking. 

I try very hard not to make slanderous statements and I never ever reveal the names of companies about whom I may be complaining.  I don't want "bad press" out there in cyberspace attached to my company name and I would not do that to a fellow professional even if I am not totally pleased with their service.   

Thanks for the reminder to the community that we need to act in a responsible and professional manner. It's just too bad it was necessary to do so.
