Not a surprise really!! Most of us have been expecting this to happen. Sure things looked great before the bubble burst. But with all the foreclosures happening now, it was bound to come out just what shoddy work has been done for years now. Trouble is, there are companies out there that are ordering at best a 2 owner search for foreclosures. I think we will be seeing more of this. Very nice article Slade.
