If those 3 (health club memberships, mulitvitamins and condoms) were required

purchases, then most likely Obama care costs(estimates) would go down for the Federal
Govt. because everyone would be in great shape, illness (common colds) would be reduced,

and the cost of delivery of babies would fall because of less "knockups" occuring.

The only remaing question would be, will those savings be used to reduce the

deficit, or will they think up some new program to waste the "borrowed" money on?
