If you really want to go after these guys it might be helpful to know that Cornerstone title is NOT a licensed title insurance agency.  They lost their license a few years ago.  The big problem is that you have Cliff Branham who is a KY lawyer conducting business without a license in MANY other states. 

Though this behaviour is totally unacceptable and should be addressed, no on seems to want to do anything.  I would recommend that you check with the SOS, Bar and your state underwriters regarding any work performed.
