Hi, I’m Lonil Lim and I started this thread by posting a message last November 27, 2022. 

I would like to let everyone know that Real Title Services and I were able to work things out. We had a healthy conversation, where I was given an opportunity to explain where I am coming from, and I was able to hear and weigh in on RTS’ side. Our discussion gave both sides not only a chance to communicate but also an opportunity to understand and resolve everything.

While I appreciate everyone’s input on the matter, having gained wisdom from this experience, I intend to move forward and put a close on this thread. 

At the end of the day, I am just glad that something positive came out of this.
