I don't think that NALTEA has enough members in any one concentrated area to get meaningful numbers from its members.  And, it would be tough to NALTEA to find all of the non-members in any given county to know whether or not they had a good sampling of data. 

But, these would be good numbers for someone such as NALTEA to have.  If there would be some way to conduct a reliable study, it would be a worthwhile project.
