Genesis Title Agency, LLC is not currently nor ever has been affiliated with any other title company in the title industry.   Including but not limited to Trident Title, Buckeye Clear Title, and Genesis Title Agency in Florida. 

I opened Genesis Title February 2009.  I was approached by a colleague who told me Buckeye Clear Title was going out of business.  I hired some of the employees that were employed by them because they have the experience I desire of people that have been in the industry. 

I kept the prior title company’s phone number and signed a lease for the same office space.  My thoughts were it could give me instant leads with the prior company’s former customers (which it did), and by purchasing the furniture and equipment I didn’t have the added expense of a moving company.  I did not purchase Buckeye Clear Title and therefore their debts are not my debts.

 I have been in the title industry 29 years.  I took a chance and opened a title agency at the worst possible time but I have made it work with a great staff and customers that believe in Genesis Title.  I do not appreciate people assuming I have had an affiliation with any title agency and to further imply that I do not pay my debts.
