Title examiners trying to set a rate isn't going to stop outsourcing. As was stated, the only way to stop ourtsourcing is to not allow cheap access to the records from other states and other countries. And the only way that happens is to pressure your county clerks to only allow access to local examiners. Otherwise, you're going to get $4.75 titles.

Why anyone would want to buy or use a $4.75 cent title is beyond me, but then again, it's pretty much beyond me what in the hell Corporate American has been thinking the last thirty years...
