I have been doing title searches in Jefferson County, KY, for  15 years, 10 years as an independant title examiner.  My work load has been almost nonexistant for about 5 years now.  Everyone I talk to does not expect it to pick up any time soon.  If you want to do titles  again the best bet is to get on with a title company or a Law office.
