What is "predatory foreclosure?"  I have heard of predatory lending, but I'm not familiar with "predatory foreclosure." 

I'm not sure about NY, but in Ohio is is very common for the large foreclosure firms to also own a title company.  Ohio now requires Preliminary Judicial Reports to be filed in foreclosure cases (in most circumstances), so I guess it makes sense for them to have their own title company to do the title work.
