Well said, David, and this is precisely the way we have handled it.  We have gotten the negative responses from new and/or risky clients, but by explaining things to them politely and thoroughly, they understand and are willing to work with us until they have a track record we can trust.

If anyone out there hasn't tried this -- using PayPal -- I highly recommend it.  There is a lot of on-line help available to teach you what to do and to set up your own account.
