I agree that perhaps instead of letting them get three months behind, perhaps I should have stayed on top of them a little bit more, but whatever happened to good management and integrity.  The way I look at it...for some time, they knew they were closing and did not tell any of their business relationships on purpose.  That is deceitful and should be criminal.  They knowingly sent searches and mortgages to me throughout the month of March knowing that they were not going to pay me for my services.  What the heck does LLC or INC have to do with that.
