Thanks for your response. I had thought of making a complaint with the state bar in Indiana, since he is now operating a business in that state, just not sure how to go about that. I will do some research on the internet. The only reason this company got me for so much money was because they had been a client for quite a few years and always paid in the past. Otherwise I would never have let them go so long without payment. They and other companies that want work for free will have no problem finding others to do their work here in Omaha, as there are so many companies here, and I don't think very many of them subscribe to this website. So they will get work out of companies for awhile, until payment is not made, then they will move on to the next unsuspecting victim.
