Thank you both for your input. I always enjoy reading both of your posts on the forums. I always find them informative. I am definitely going to do something if I don't see a check by month's end. For me, a few hundred is definitely worth pursuing.

Kevin, the client is in my state, just one county north, in fact.

Robert, I am not incorporated, so I should probbaly be able to pursue the matter in the manner Kevin suggested. But hopefully they will just grow tired of my phone calls and notices and will pay me! I will never do work for them again.
