Interesting.

 

In the PA Counties in which I mostly work, I can pull up the assessment sheet - so I can see the PIN Number , the address associated with it and the address of the owner.  I do not supply the address of the owner - just the Owners name, PIN and address of property being sold or re-fied.

 

There ARE a couple counties that I can't get the PIN # on-line.  Then, as I said - I always supply the address of the property being sold , along with the owners name.

Why anyone would provide the address of the owner is beyond me.
