I am in the same boat with American Abstract.  They will not respond to any of my attempts to contact them.  They remind me of Contemporary Realty Solutions a lot.  Neither will pay for any work, dodge phone calls, emails, etc.  Both are located in the same town in NY.  Weird.  Avoid.
