I started doing work for them after the new management team took over.  Since then we often get orders with strange info on them but when questioned they always get back to me quickly with better information. 

To answer your second question, they pay like clockwork.  Never had I had a dispute over my bill and I have always been paid within a week.

I would take a dozen clients just like them.  They are a pleasure even though their work is somewhat difficult.
