That is a nice analogy... probably not too far off. We have tried to build a community networking site around the title business and it's nice to see people make that connection.
We have traditionally been focused on the "companies" in the title industry through our directory. But, with our latest site changes, we have tried to focus more on the individuals to make the site a little more personal.
You may have noticed already, but if you click on someones name that appears after their forum posts, it takes you to their profile page. That page is intended to allow people to provide more information about themselves, but we really haven't promoted it thoroughly yet and many haven't set up a public profile. If you are interested, you can edit your user profile by clicking on MY PROFILE under the MY ACCOUNT heading in the left column.
It is intended to allow for you provide a breif bio, links to your favorite sites, and whatever else you feel like sharing.
I think it would be nice if we all got know each other better, aside from the companies we work for.
