Hello Loretta,  Sorry to here the situation you are in, I guess you have talked to the bank to see what they can do to prevent foreclosure.  Have you thought about renting part of your house??? .                                                                                                                                                           

                              In the past when we were all busy I did not have the lowest price but kept them resonable, thinking that If you take care of the clients when they are busy they will be there for us when were slow but I was suprised when a client of 14yrs decided to go with a company with little or no knowledge of searching titles. They are able to do it so cheap since they don't do all the runs. My new way of thinking is "if and when" it gets busy again my price's are going through the roof so when it slows down I have a cushion. For the time being I am supplementing my income with another line of work. I wish you a lot of luck.
