I know that things can only get better. The main reason that I was venting yesterday by writing this post is because another company in Maryland, that I have been personal friends with the owner for years, is telling other  title companies of my misfortune.

I posted here because I want to make the point that if I want anyone to know, I will tell them, I do not need anyone else, especially in the title business, running me down. She was not saying it for them to pray for me, she said it to boast about her own business that is still going. I am not giving up, we are only using other avenues to make money and still doing what title searches are coming in.
