Should check out this site before doing work for anyone.  This woman had abstractors all over South Carolina doing her work at one time and several abstractors I know personally did not get paid.  One, who posted on Source of Title, has a judgment against her in Aiken, but what good does that do, when you may fall at the tail end of people who are to be paid.  I fortunately did not work for her.  I don't work for just any one who contacts me, not even attorneys.   I check them out first.  Be careful!!!!!!!!!
