They were ordering through our biggest client and then asked us for a doc on the side.  Rather than add a new client in, I just passed the doc to them.  Now there's an office in VA asking for our pricing.  I don't know if it's the same company but we had this happen before where the title company stopped using our client and came directly to us and we got burned (Justice Title).
