FINITI, formerly Chesapeake Appraisal & Settlement Services, is in Columbia, MD, and they are a pleasure to deal with.  I've been working with them since, actually, before they opened their doors.

INFINITY is the questionable company that supposedly has a storefront somewhere in Maryland but is actually in India.
