We also do work for finiti. They pay promptly and are very courteous and easy to deal with. I agree with Kevin, their algorithm system does stink. You do back flips for them to get work to them to stay on top as their top searcher in a specific area only to run into a "Johnson or Miller" search that drops you out of top position. I would call them and tell them the search would be late, and they still penalize you for it. God help you if your county is a drop county for recordings, the delay in getting the recording info would again drop you down their vendor list. If you are in an area with a strong contingent of searchers, they will play you like a violin....one against the other......But they do pay promptly, just don't expect to keep any large portions of the work for very long, no matter how good you are.
