Oh Robert- just tell your clients, like the credit card companies-"it's our policy- nothing can be done about it"- I know that will alienate some- but save it for the ones that "annoy" you, like the ones that are cut off and don't pay anyway.
Just one way of doing it- I would never do a search for $25 either- when I started back in 76 the fee was $40- but the owner at that time was getting the insurance also- so it was higher than the $40 I saw.
