The Town of Enfield, CT had one of their Land Records Volume stolen, they then sent the only microfilm copy via UPS to have a new book made. That was two years ago, UPS lost the microfilm now the Town is SOL.  I have had to explain, to client several times, the reason I can't get copies.Needless to say they find it hard to believe.  We only us Fed-Ex now, never had  a problem with them.
