Well, I am going to take up for UPS.  I use the UPS store here to get all of my mail, FedEx, and everything.  I love it.  I send all my work out by UPS because it can be tracked.   I have used UPS for the past five years, and have only one package lost during the snows at Christmas a couple of years ago.  I don't use the UPS hub here.  I think everyone gets better service at the individually owned UPS Stores.  I love "Brown".
