How's biz?  I haven't been bouncing around AR too much.

We're seeing an upswing recently - but I've learned to NOT look at short term trends. We are not working too much in the high end market... the low end seems to have some resilience.

Picked up a couple new clients this week checking us out with orders.  Both came our way through referrals after they told people they 'HATE' their Title company. 

Methinks the downsizing is crushing customer service - as everyone is taking a hit (Realtors, LO's, Appraisors, Inspectors, Title, Abstractors, etc...) - so when a deal IS in the works, many are pushing the time envelope to 'get their respective check'.
