No we are not a law firm. We hire real estate paralegals in certain areas to perform our research because of the training they have. Also, most of them are under the direct supervision of an attorney. So when and if there are issues with searches ie.. issues in chain of title, lost documents,  etc, they can usually get that solved immediately, without having to delay services to our clients.  It's just an added benefit and our clients seem to be pleased with that aspect of service.
