The condition of my company:

We have paid every penny, and that is literal, for all work done through 2-29-08 at the moment. We have some clients that owe us prior to that. Some are 3-6 months. However, once again we have paid every penny through the last 90 days. As I said before. 30-90 days.

We have also paid about 1/2 of our 30-60 day old work done by vendors

We have also paid some 1-30.

This is very standard in the industry. With 100 clients and over 10 years, I assume I can confidently state that this is perfectly normal. This industry was created by the banks not me. If I ever become more powerful than the banks and am able to change the world the ways in which i want because i become more powerful than the president of the US; then, I will be paying vendors the same day.

However, reality is reality. Like you, I work in real estate in the title industry.
