DIANE - ARE YOU GETTING MONEY UP FRONT FROM THE CLIENT TO COVER CANCELLATIONS?
Ooops, sorry for the CAPS.
We get hit with cancellations, and in almost all cases get stuck with Seach costs and Tax Certification costs. We bill the client, but they rarly pay.
So we take a hit..... say in Berks County (high Tax Cert $$$)... over $300 in out of pocket cost not including labor.
