Kevin: I just am not that up to date on my forms of double speak, and as I said before- I might have mis used that term- but now that I have looked it up in my trusty dictionary-the  2nd definition for "double talk"  seems to fit this use- "evasive or ambiguous language". The definition for "double-think" ( the Orwellian word) is" the simultaneous belief in 2 different contradictory ideas or points of view"
I now think I remain confused by that word- but they are not indicating the believe in both ideas- rather have tried to slip one by  us using a spokes person.
Just more of the first definition of double speak- more "gibberish", mixed in there with some not so well know acronyms that the Gov seems so much to use.
Please feel free to educate me though- I am always open to new thoughts, ideas and ways to understand things the way they should be understood.
By the way- I always enjoy your input on matter brought up here on SOT- it allows those of us with out that JD after our names to do some learning we would not otherwise have been exposed to- that is unless we were being sued!!~Thank you.
