With all due respect, a copy of the closing package is already in the signing agent's hands once the docs are emailed for printing. On the legal perspective, it would be wrong to make copies of such documents. Title Agents, Attorneys, and Real Estate Agents keep copies of all of their signed loan documents for future reference. In addition, lack of integrity would fall if someone fails to make a copy of work they performed!
