So, Lynn, I did go to HUD and ran a copy of the new HUD Settlement Statement, where all the Title Charges are grouped together.  Nothing shown separately, i.e. abstract fee.  HUD is doing this for the banks and vendor management companies, I am sure.  Since this is the first reply to your post, obviously, no one else in Source of Title, either gives a damn, or can actually get to the information.  That is tacky, isn't it.  If everyone cares so much about our business, why can't they do something beisdes bitch on this site.  You too, Robert.  I did send HUD a comment on this new HUD Settlement Statement.  Does anyone out there care!!!!!!
