I don't think Kevin is "grilling" you without reason. Until your last post I still was not clear myself who owned Bertram Settlements... you or Bertrum Group. "I will own this Title company some day.  I do not as yet." is finally the answer to Kevin's questions. Bertram Group still owns Bertram Settlements. I wish you well with your dream Rob. Bertram Group is not a dream for those people who are owed money... it is a nighmare.
