In my 'first month' running this 'DIVISION'... we (with 2 closings later today) will have averaged more closings than Bertrum Settlements has ever done on average.

The fact this DIVISION was heading towards the abyss - does not have very much to do with the posts (substantiated? who knows) of the parent company.

I do have financial 'control' of the Title group as we speak. (Sign off on accounts).

I want an abstactor(s) to do some searches, I want good searches, I want fast searches, I want to pay for the searches, I want to order again from good abstractors.

Who here has had a problem with Rob Robinson? Who wants a check with Bertrum SETTLEMENTS name on it and my signature? ('My' biz account).
