While you all seem to be very good at speculating what has happened, you are right and you are wrong.  Everyone is going to be paid the money they are owed.  Obviously it is difficult to do that immediately or even in a reasonable amount of time when you lose $100,000 dollars from companies that have gone out of business.  Obviously you can't get blood from a turnip.  I had no choice but to try and continue making a living for my family and build myself up again so that all those that were wronged can be righted.  I have and have had absolutely no intention of leaving abstractors unpaid.  I have personally made arrangements with many and have paid many off.  One of the replies to this post is from Patricia who, as of the end of this month has been paid.  I asked for everyones final invoices at the end of November so I could figure out a game plan to get them paid.  I am a stand-up individual that runs a moral and ethical business.  If I were not I would have just filed bankruptcy and left everyone with nothing.  If someone reads this post and has an outstanding invoice with ABC abstracts you can rest assured that I will not stop trying to get you paid.
