I certianly didn't mean to imply that you did anything wrong... I was just surprised to see no statutory agent.  I have heard before that the NY Secretary of State's Web site is "difficult" to get any information from - it is certainly not as "user friendly" as the Ohio Secretary of State's Web site.  In Ohio, there is usually never any problem discovering who is behind a corporation.  I don't think that the fact that the New York Secretary of State's Web site isn't quite as informative as ours is a reflection on you. 

Glad that you are checking with your attorney, though. It's always good to be sure that you are properly incorporated.
