Wayne Schutt is now, or was Eclipse Real Estate Services in Liverpool NY. See the listing on this site for Eclipse. If that doesn't work for you try any other listings for Liverpool NY. The employees split off and started their own abstract companies. Word has it that none of them are paying. Wayne Schutt may also be the new company that starts with an "R" located in Liverpool NY. Word has it Eclipse caught up with him and he started the new one. Have found flyers for the new company posted on bulletin boards in Maine Registries. That is all I have for now.
