I doubt that I am the cheapest.  I've been doing this for 12 years and I price them just like I price my other vendors.  And/or a little higher to cover their fees.  I am a qualified abstractor with E&O and don't undercut anybody.  I would hope they come back to me because I do quality work in reasonable time.  And, I do get a check each month from ValuAmerica...not the company they assigned the search from.  I don't ever know who the other company is.  All the work is ordered by ValuAmerica and paid by ValuAmerica.  The credit card info I gave them 3 1/2 years ago has never been compromised.  I appreciate the large volumn they send me.  It works for me and I hope they stay around for a long time.
