Like Kevin said, now is not a good time to get into it unless you work for someone and get a steady paycheck. I am an Independent title searcher and am only hanging on by a thread right now and I am not sure how  much longer I can hang on in this slow time. I have even been considering giving up my independence and try to find employment with someone that can provide a steady paycheck. I just really hate having to consider that option though as I would rather be lining my own pockets instead of somebody else's. It has always been my dream to be my own boss and now that I have acheived that, I don't want to give that up.
