Sorry for the delay in responding..last minute being slammed with some titles, which I am not complaining about!
I have used a metal jello mold that was my mothers and I have also seen them as a plastic round molds at stores. I have not sprayed anything in the molds but put water, the sliced fruit and cherries and freeze. Don't fill water up too much because it expands. I have made many a mess in my learning experience so don't feel bad...also you can tweek the recipe to how strong or weak you like it..I have had it both ways..
This is a very good punch..not too sweet, but I warn you..it can creep up on you. I have seen my brother-in-laws starting "crowing" after several cupfuls without even knowing it! I think I joined in one year as Grandaddy made it especially potent!
