Well, George, I'm glad you don't care what others think. I guess you could say that about me too. I got my check  for the money that Express owed me. Others will not be as lucky. We, as abstractors, have to extend credit every day. I almost got shafted and I'm sorry that some have that "that's what you get" attitude. It has happened to quite a few people and not just with the people that Express owed. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me!  Let's hope it doesn't happen to anyone that feels like we got what we deserved because I will wish the same on them.

I'm also glad that I have maintained relationships with title companies that really pay and pay on time.

Now, off to spend that money :)
