They have a few offices, one of them in Pittsburgh. I did searches for them and finally got paid last week for May, June, July but not August. I was also told by accounts payable that they were having money problems. I finally decided to email them every day. I emailed the girl that sent me the work orders, I emailed the girl that scheduled closings with me. They said that all invoices had to be submitted to the Ohio office. I emailed until I got a check. I even received a title search from them and told them that they would get the results when I got my check. They reassigned it but not until it was past due to their client. Sometimes you have to play hardball.

I remember telling the girl that called to check status of the search that I would not send it until I got paid. She said "Please send it, we need it". I promise you will get a check. I told her to fed ex the check and I would send her the results when I got the money. She told me she would reassign the search. I asked her how she would like it if she worked 40 hours a week and was told to "please stay" and they would pay as soon as possible. She said she understood.

I drove them just about insane.
