Source of Title Forums: Re: Express Financial Services files for Bankruptcy

Thanks for the "wonderful" news. Now what are our options on possibly getting some of the money owed us back? They did file for Chapter 11 and not Chapter 7. I believe that is for protection Not for discharging all their debts. Anyone know?
