Not me. Doing a full 50 year search for current owner or two owner fees is crazy. it reminds me
of a former client's request for a deed & most current mortgage pull where "if the mortgage is
discharged please look for mortgages that aren't discharged & send all of that info in with the deed"
which meant they were actually asking for a current owner rundown for the price of a deed pull.
