Why does it take this company 30-45 days to slip your check in an envelope and put a stamp on it?? I believe this company is just hiding behind extremly sloppy practices and wants us to believe that Rebecca is the bad person!!
I say double your prices and let them go to the lowest and lest experienced  for their prized titles that are of no value to them anyway!!
Remember what Kevin said- It belongs to you until they pay for it- let them know that any action on their part with your property is a violation and a theft until they pay for your service.
